Walking Football for Over 50's in Astro Park

What is Walking Football?

• Aimed at Men and Women aged Over 50
• The rules outlaw all running and allow for no contact between the players
• Teams consist of 5 or 6 players
• Great way to socialise and keep active
• Weekly games are available in Astro Park Coolock and Tallaght
