Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment has been paid to your Camp place.No camp week changes will be permitted. If a child is so ill that they cannot attend any of the camps, we will review a case-by-case basis subject to getting a copy of the child’s medical certificate. We ask parents to understand that we put on sale a certain limited number of places relative to our capacity, the supervision ratios and proper planning for the benefit of the entire group, and camp cancellations upset camp planning.

Please note all persons taking part in the AstroBounce Camp experience do so at their own risk. The safety briefing given before hire are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure they are adhered to. Astropark cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. This declaration confirms a) that you have received a safety briefing, b) that you accept that this activity can be dangerous and can result in injury or death, and c) that you accept the risks involved and are responsible for your own actions and/or involvement.
Astropark shall not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to person or property caused by or arising from directly or indirectly, the negligence, willful act or default, breach of statutory duty or breach of contract of the company, its servants, agents, licensees or invitees on or in the approaches of or to its property or property rented for the purposes of operating this league.
The group shall indemnify Astropark and keep them indemnified from and against all claims, demands and proceedings (and costs including legal costs associated with same) taken by group members, in respect of any loss or injury sustained. In this regard, the organizer will commit to informing all team members of the terms & conditions of this league.
The group hereby acknowledges, without prejudice to other clauses, that this is a contact sport. Astropark shall not indemnify players from any injury suffered in the use of the facilities used by the company.
Astrobounce includes multiple activities including inflatable games, target zones, bubble football, goggle football, 5aside football and other sports.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur from misuse.
