For five weekends from November 23rd to December 22nd, Saturdays and Sundays, Santa will be joining kids’ birthday parties at Astropark Coolock and Tallaght. Santa will personally visit each birthday party, offering a special gift and the chance for memorable photos.

Clubs’ Christmas Party with Santa at Astropark
Weekends from November 23rd to December 22nd
Make this year’s club Christmas party extra special by inviting Santa to join! Starting in mid-November and running through December, clubs can celebrate their Christmas festivities at Astropark, with Santa attending as a special guest.
Santa will make a festive appearance at your club’s Christmas party, and children will have the chance to take their own photos with Santa. It’s the perfect way to add a magical touch to your Christmas event!
Price:
€360 which will cover 12 children, food, special gift, and a photo with Santa Claus (Additional kids can be added at a flat rate of €30 per child).

How our parties work

Arrive at Astropark and go up to the desk to sign in. You will be asked for the first and last names of all the attending children.

You will then be introduced to your party supervisor who will look after every aspect of your party with us.

Your main activity will then begin which you will have 60-minutes of. The supervisor will explain all the rules and games to the kids throughout.

You will then be brought into a party room for 30 minutes where we will serve the kids their food. This will be a plate of sausages, chicken nuggets and chips. (we will also provide orange and blackcurrant cordial drinks and have salt and ketchup available)

The main food should only take 10/15 minutes to scoff down leaving enough time to have some birthday cake and sing happy birthday! (You can leave your birthday cake in at reception when you arrive)

For the final 30 minutes of your party your supervisor will bring you back out to a pitch where the kids can run off all that food and have a kickaround/match/penalty shootout etc.

What is the minimum cost?
€ 360 (which covers 12 children, food, a special gift, and a photo with Santa Claus).
Can I confirm my booking with a deposit?
Yes, parties can be booked and confirmed with a deposit of € 180. The remaining balance can then be paid on the day.
What is the minimum number of children for a party?
12 children (You can have a party for fewer children but the minimum charge for 12 will still apply)
What is the price for additional children?
€30 per child

Football, Sports Day & Multi-Activity: Ages 5+
Bubble Football: Ages 9+
NERF AstroWars: Ages 6+
How long does the party last?
Our new party products are fully supervised from start to finish! First the kids will get 60 mins of the main activity. Then they can have their hot food in one of our party rooms (This is a great time for parents to give out their cake and sing happy birthday!). Then you get a final 30 mins of supervised free play where the kids can run of their food with a match/penalties, races etc!
Is food included?
Yes, food is included in all party packages. If a party consists of more than 18 children, a second party room may be required.
