Blitz Tournament and League  Terms and Conditions

1. International Sports Activities Limited (trading as Astropark) (“the Company”) do not accept any liability whatsoever for any personal loss or damage caused to any person or their property on or coming onto these premises, unless such injury, loss or damage is caused intentionally or recklessly by the occupiers, its servants or agents. All persons coming onto these premises must take care of their own safety and that of persons accompanying them for whom they are responsible or over whom they exercise authority and must supervise and control such persons accordingly.  All pursuant to the Occupiers Liability Act 1995, Section 5.
2. The member shall indemnify the Company  and keep it indemnified from and against all claims, demands and proceedings (and costs including legal costs incurred in connection with same) taken by his/her guests, who may be non-members, in respect of any loss or injury anticipated by clause 1 above. In this regard, the member will commit to informing his/her guests of all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
3. Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 1 and 2 above, the member hereby acknowledges that soccer is by definition a contact sport. The Company shall not indemnify members and/or their guests from any injuries suffered in the use of the facilities provided by the company. The Company recommends to its members and their guests that they take out a sports injury insurance policy to indemnify them in respect of any such injuries. The member and his/her guests hereby acknowledges this recommendation and accepts that these policies are available in the insurance marketplace.
4. The Company reserves the right to make rules and regulations with regard to the use of its own property or any part thereof (or the approaches thereto) by the member and/or his/her guests. Any such rules and regulations shall be published on the notice boards and signs provided for such purpose. All such rules and regulations shall be deemed to be part of this Contract.
5. Astropark asks all its members and their guests to read all public signs within and without the Clubhouse. Including (1) Disclaimer Sign on Building (2) Pitch Door Signs with House Rules & Disclaimer, and to abide by the contents of these and other signs.
6. No minors shall be permitted to become a member. Any minors using the premises on the invitation of a member or parent, must follow the rules and regulations and indemnities of the company while on the Company’s property.
7. To become a member, the Membership Application form must be completed and the Terms & Conditions signed.
8. Each member is provided with a personal membership number. This number is personal and must not be divulge to anyone other than the employees of the Company.
9. When booking a pitch by phone the correct membership number (and password) must be quoted, and membership identification will be verified, otherwise a booking will not be taken. The membership number is not transferrable and must be used only by the member.
10. The Member is responsible for all pitches booked in his/her name and membership number. If the group(s) fail to show having not satisfied the correct cancellation procedure, he/she will be liable for a full pitch hire fee. If the member fails to show for a booking, then a booking bar is placed on the member until the charge is paid in full.
11. Booking Cancellation – regarding pitch bookings, There will be no charge if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours from the start time of the booking. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours from the start time of the booking, the member will be liable for the full charge. An invoice detailing same will issue and must be paid within one week. Failure to pay all charges may result in legal action. Regarding Kids Parties, Corporate Events, and Other Events, we offer a full refund 10 working days in advance, of the booking (deposit or full price paid). If you cancel such a booking within 10 working days, of the booking date, you can re-schedule or be charged 100% of the booking cost less any deposits already paid.
12. All pitches must be paid for on arrival, in advance of the pitch start time. Failure to do so may result in a booking bar being placed on a member.
13. Management reserve the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be prominently displayed for a period of 1 month after amendment on the notice board.
14. Management reserve the right to withdraw or cancel a Membership without reason.
15. Management reserve the right to refuse entry without reason.
16. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed on or near the pitches.
17. Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. Please reference pitch door signs for details.
18. Any member who loses a locker key will be subject to a fine to cover the cost of a replacement key, and the level of fine will be notified.
19. Any incident resulting in an injury must be reported to a member of staff at the time of the incident, and an incident report form will be completed.
20. All members must notify Astropark, within a reasonable time of the change taking place, of any change in contact details, being email and mobile number. They may edit their own personal data by using our website to update “My Account”.
21. Anybody playing on the pitch with CCTV recording technology is doing so on the basis that such personal image recordings will be kept for 1 month, in the event of any incidents requiring review. If the Company is notified within 1 month of an incident, as required by the relevant Act, the Company will save a copy of that incident to the hard drive as evidence
22. Additionally, Adults playing in League or Corporate Events with CCTV recording technology, you hereby consent to personal image recordings. Using Live Record technology on certain pitches, by the Ref/Supervisor pressing the Download button on the pitch, the last 30 seconds of recorded footage, which may include your personal image, will be downloaded and made available to all members of that activity. These downloaded images may be subsequently shared by email or on digital social media platforms. These downloaded images are supplied to Astropark and may be used for internet marketing promotions, social media marketing promotions, and sponsors.
